ESAB Susan SAR 2025

Susan was a 64-year-old female, with multiple chronic health conditions, who lived with her son and his partner. Her health had deteriorated over the last 12-18 months of her life and she had declined social care help and mental health intervention. Admitted to hospital in early October 2022 following a fall at home and died three days later while still in hospital.
